This book masquerades as historical fiction. But I think it falls squarely in the romance genre. Don't be fooled. Also, I must add that I don't think I am a prude, but some of the sex was way over the top. . ."still fragrant fingers" being shoved into someone's mouth. . .really? Do I need to know this? And FYI they weren't fragrant from your garden-variety sex.
