• Masada: Comes from the word "metzuda" meaning "fortress". Composed of two walls within one another

• Sanguinist: ancient word for a "knight of Christ" (priest)
• Deutsches Abnenerbe: A secret sect of Nazi scientist with an interest in the occult who went around the world seeking lost treasures and proof of an ancient Aryan race. Himmler's band of grave robbers.
• khopesh: an Egyptian sword with a long, curved blade not used in battle in over 700 years.

• karambit: a curved bladed knife shaped like a cresent
• blasphemare: Also known as a grimwolf, a beast capable of shedding the night with a fur black as oil. The size of a bear with red-gold eyes and tall ears and hooked nails, long enough to puncture a human heart. Nearly impossible to kill, lithe of mind and muscle and hides as tough as chain mail and a speed that makes them more shadow than flesh.
• transubstaniation: The wine consecrated during the mass becomes the literal blood of Christ, imbued with his very essence.
• Belial: a sect of strigoi who were in league with humans, combining the worst of both worlds - merging human cunning to feral ferocity, uniting weaponry with ancient evil.
