Many stories in the book are about the darkness of a broken mind and the horror that can follow. Many are firmly based in the supernatural that, at some point, will require the suspension of belief, or a strong spiritual faith, to give oneself over completely to the story; an escape into the dark side of our imaginations. Ghosts, demons, the devil, angels, things that hide in the dark in our homes, or roam the sewers in an ever perpetual hunt for human flesh are all here, waiting to introduce themselves. There is even a little something for bullies.
