- Mike Brown: Former Navy pilot who flew helos for covert ops and was part of Operation Slam Dunk in Afghanistan where all of his teammates were killed eight years ago. Their unit was called the One-Eyed Jacks and he was called Primetime. Since then, he's been operating an air cargo business out of South America. He's 6'3" with thick brown hair, blue eyes and is extremely handsome.
- Eva Salinas: CIA attorney who has been marked because of her inquiry into Operation Slam Dunk. She's trying to get answers. Her husband was killed in that mission. She has black hair and chocolate brown eyes.
- Jane Smith: Alias for a hired assassin
- Bobby Taggart: Team name is Boom Boom. Former member (gunner) of the One-Eyed Jacks.
- Jamie Cooper: Team name is Hondo. Former member of the One-Eyed Jacks.
