“I have been a fan of Ally Carter, but I liked the Gallagher Girls series more than the Heist Society series... Well, this book completely changed my view of the Heist Society series!! Cliche as it sounds, IT WAS SO GOOD! The heist that the friends must perform is another crazy mission like the other's, but it holds a more personal meaning for them because they must rescue Hale and Hale Industries. With the con and double crossing, nothing is as it seems. Towards the end of the book, I was tearing up only to be sighing from relief. This is my favorite out of the Heist Society and it left me feeling warm and fuzzy from family and friendship love.
Recently Ally Carter announced her next series, Ambassador Row. I was so excited, yet exasperated to know that the publishing year was 2015! Meanwhile, I will be reading the last Gallagher book, waiting in anticipation.”
“Kat and Hale come from different sides of the river. But at one point, Hale decided to cross over. Now they live the lives of con artists, following Kat's family traditions. In this book, Hale is pulled back into his world to inherit a multi-billion dollar business, with one tiny problem. The will might have been a fake, Hale might be getting conned, and Kat might need to fix it all. This hilarious and somehow tear triggering book deciphers the criminal code as Kat calls upon her large family, breaking every bound ever set during the reign of humanity.”Mnmluv wrote this review Saturday, September 14, 2013. “This. was. realllly goood! ;D :}
Ally Carter is really clever.
I give this book four and a half stars because (i think) i like the first book most. :) ”
“While the reader still doesn't learn Hale's real first name, the story is a rollicking ramp thru both Hale's and Kat's worlds. Hazel Hale has passed away, leaving Hale Industries to W.W. Hale the 5th, NOT Hale's father, but to Hale himself. Kat thinks something is desperately wrong with the situation and steals the information regarding Hazel's actual intentions. Kat must take the situation into her own hands to steal Hale's birthright back for him.”All booked up wrote this review Tuesday, August 20, 2013. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? The third book in the Heist Society series. Hale is suddenly drawn back into his own world and family with the death of his grandmother. Her will names him the new head of Hale Industries. Kat suddenly finds herself being treated as an outsider, and Hale no longer seems to have time for her. Then Kat learns that grandmother's will may have been a fake and is hired to find the original. Taking this job could cost Hale the company or could cost Kat a boyfriend.”

“Kat and her friends continue to re-steal stolen items, until Hale leaves Kat hanging, literally. Kat comes to learn a great deal about Hale, his family and his world.
Read this book in one day. I love these series.”
“I had forgotten how absolutely captivating Ally Carter's writing is! I have been a huge fan of hers for many years, but it has been awhile since I read one of her books. Reading this book made me feel like I've been handing out five heart ratings a little too generously. I can honestly only think of a few books I would put in the same league as this one!
As I mentioned before, it's been awhile since I read book number two (a.k.a. Uncommon Criminals) so it took me a little while to remember some of the smaller characters or the roles they played last time around. Unfortunately, some I never remembered, but that didn't take away from my overall enjoyment of the story.
Kat and Hale have got to be one of my favorite fictional couples, they're just so perfect for each other! I love that the romance is an important part of the story but in the background at the same time. One of the things I love best about them is that they don't turn into stupid love-struck teenagers around each other; they are able to set aside their feelings and do the job at hand (like repeling out a window, or robbing a bank). Their relationship is just so sweet and Hale is totally swoon worthy!!
One thing's for sure, I'll never get tired of reading about W.W. Hale the fifth, or Kat and her unusually large and unique family. More please!

“Best one yet! This book keeps you on the edge of your seat at all times. It has those mouth-hanging-wide-open-i-can't-believe-that-just-happened moments which makes it exciting to read. Reminds me why I love Ally Carter so dang much! ”LemonPunch wrote this review Sunday, June 16, 2013. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No
