I loved every page. One of those books you hate to see end but it wasn't abrupt, it just faded out. Great book even for the sheer entertainment value. ”

I think that this female was very very sefish and wanted her cake and ice cream 2. Doesnt always work that way and I have 2 say that this book took some twists and turns but I think that its a must read.”

Maybe because I'm just a teenager, but it got me REALLY thinking. This book keeps you in suspense the entire book and smacks you with a shocker. IT PISSED ME OFF (at the end) but overall, it was SO worth reading.”

Yes | No“Nicole, a runaway bride abandons the ceremony for some much-needed self-exploration, and though she's still in love with the man she almost married, she moves in with her female lover Ayanna, who is an attorney. A year later, wanting the best of both worlds Nicole gets busy alternating dates with both partners; this proves complicated and emotionally draining for everyone involved. They all finally come together and there is a battle for Nicole's heart. A tragic turn of events forces both Ayanna and Nicole to reexamine their motivations and reconsider their capacity to love without limitations.
Dickey paints a portrait of Nicole as selfish caring only for herself or does he? Can you love two people so much you can't let either go? As easy as it was to just label Nicole a bad person Eric Jerome Dickey doesn't allow you to dislike this character as you will see. Good read. Highly entertaining!

It made you think about all types of things in particularly the little things in life and love both from the woman and the man's perspective.
When I read this book in 04' it took me about three days to finish it. I won't lie I had the book on my shelf for the past year and half just before then but I didn't have the time to read it.
As the other reviewers had stated it isn't your typical EDJ story which is true but it is a good book to explore and learn from. Eric's writing is beautiful as usual with no disappointment in his story line. No-name (very clever), Ayanna, and Nicole is a love triangle that you'll grow to understand, yes you will feel confusion, love, hate, and passion between these three but it was so worth at the end. If you have time and patience it's another book you should take in. Another winner in you part EJD! ”
“LOOVE THIS BOOK. READ IN A DAY, AND WENT AND GOT ANOTHER ONE TO READ.”
