Although this is a long book and took me 4 days to read, this isn't a suspense/mystery. But a beautiful story of romance, a family saga throughout the years, while learning the lessons of God through Christ in life, love, death and the obstacles in its past, as a Christian fiction/romance novel. This is my third Christian author so far this year, and takes top notch over Linda Nichols and Jane Kirkpatrick. This makes me want to reconnect to God and ask for peace and to find true love. It...

    definitely my favorite lori wick book. A little longer than most but seems to go into so much more detail on these women's lives. Also shows their lives in the secular world which her other books don't touch on quite as much... it made me cry a couple of times... definitely a must read!
