  “Nice to know my request has been granted....lol. Not only did I get to reacquaint myself with Garrick and Neveah from Rhapsody but I got to meet Garrick's sister Carrie and his band mate Shea. Shut Up And Kiss Me is a great follow-up to Rhapsody. Not only do I get an update on my favorite characters but I get a new juicy story to boot.
  
  From the beginning you can feel the sexual tension between Carrie and Shea. They hold themselves in check because Carrie has sworn off musicians and he is in her brothers band. Shea, although he has wanted Carrie for a long time now, denies himself because Garrick is her brother and he doesn't want to ruin their friendship. One drunken slip of the tongue by Carrie starts these two characters down a path that forever changes them.
  
  I have loved every book of Mahalia's I have read but this one really just struck a cord in me. There was just something about these two characters that had me rooting for them from the very beginning. As always, Mahalia writes a HOT story but that was just the cherry topping to an already extremely satisfying story of two people who truly belong together. I look forward to Kiss Me Like You Mean It, the next installment in this wonderful series. On a scale from 1-10 I give Shut Up And Kiss Me A HUGE 10 and encourage everyone 18+ to read it. This is a great story with characters worth rooting for. If forbidden romance intrigues you or you just love a great story then this one is definitely for you.”
