“I read other Anita Diamant books, such as Dog Town and The Red Tent. The Red Tent was amazing and I was really into the characters. Not so much with Good Harbor. Not that the book was not good, it was okay. But I probably expected more of a masterpiece after The Red Tent. This was by no means close to that. It was just simply a nice story about women, about friendship, parenting, about mistakes and relationships. It was just a nice story. Nothing breathtaking.”
