Just started on this and I love the line where she says 'But some people can't tell where it hurts. They can't calm down. They can't ever stop howling.'

I really have a love/hate relationship with Margaret Atwood's books! :-) I love Handmaid's Tale and O & C, but unfortunately this one fell under the "strong dislike" category. Although the story within a story within a story concept is an interesting one, I found the book to be boring and an exercise in frustration.

    Margaret Atwood??

I don't know how I have gotten this far in my literary life without reading anything by Margaret Atwood, but there you have it. Feel free to throw stones at me next time you see me. Or if you'd rather be helpful, can you tell me which book by Margaret Atwood you would recommend to get me started?

I first got into Atwood with Cat's Eye. I have read that book several times, but my favorites are Handmaid's Tale and Oryx & Crake.
