One of my First Graders discovered this book last year, along with all the books by David Wiesner. He found it on the Caldecott poster in the library. One by one, he read all of Wiesner's books. And each week, he asked for another and another, until he finished reading them all! He helped me discover the beauty of this book and the genius of David Weisner.

This deceptively simple, wordless picture book will take you on an adventure. Through the eyes of a young boy, step by step, you will experience the ever-expanding world of imagination, mixed with reality, and in the end, it will leave you with a wonderful sense of wonder. You can find it in the AOS Lower School Library: E/WIE. (Miss Schumacher)

Sea creatures are alive and their lives are on photos developed by a young boy that finds the film.
The Illustrations are magical and unbelievably colorful and inventive. The story line is intriguing interesting and continually keeps you guessing.
