“So far it's a great read, but I like this kind of research based book. It reinforces and articulates all the feelings I've ever had about the piles of homework that kids get as early as Kindergarten. The Homework Myth challenges the conventional wisdom that homework makes better students and smarter kids and Kohn provides plenty of research to back up his claim. ”

“A bit dry, of course, but I agree with his conclusions. Is all this extra homework getting our kids any further? Our kids need to learn to love learning, then the rest will come much more easily.”
