Ridiculously Simplified Synopsis edit

- Daniel "Day" Altan Wing: Scored a perfect 1500/1500 although he didn't know it. He has quick reflexes and is very observational. Fifteen years old. The Republic's most wanted criminal. He is the brother of Eden and John Wing. He has long blond hair and is part Asian and part Caucasian.
- June Iparis: Fifteen years old. The Republic's most wanted fugitive. She is the sister of Metias Iparis. During her trial, she scored a perfect 1500/1500, the only person to ever do so until she finds Day's real Trial scores on the computer. She is very wealthy and respected.
- Kaede: A Pilot who is with the Patriots.
- Tess: A gifted medic who joins the Patriots. She has a crush on Day. Also is very wary of June.
- Commander "Razor" DeSoto: Head of the Patriots. Commander from the captial. Official title is Commander Andrew DeSoto. Runs three of the capital's city patrols
- Anden Stavropoulos: The new Elector. He is very different from his father.
- Baxter: Patriot. Runner.
- Eden Bataar Wing: Day's younger brother that contracted a new strain of the plague when the military used him for testing. Anden promises to cure and release him from prison.
- Commander Jameson: Important figure in the Republic. Very harsh.
- Thomas: Thomas is also responsible for killing Metias and Day's mother. Thomas follows the commands he is given without questioning them, and strives to be a true "Soldier of the Republic."
- Pascao: Patriot. Leader of the runners. Has dark skin and pale eyes
- Senator Baruse Kamion: Add a description of this character.
- Lieutenant Felipe Garza
- Dr. Sadhwani: lead examiner
- Iris: Patriot. Runner. Described as long and lean, with deep-set eyes
- Jordan: Patriot. Runner. Petite girl with copper-colored hair
- Sam Vatanchi: His family lives in Helena, Montana. Has a dormant virus.
- Senator O'Connor: A blubbery woman with limp red hair and a mouth not unlike a frog's.
