“A laudable, but not particulalry outstanding effort on this topic. Cloud does an admirable job of building a paradigm around the notion of Integrity, and comes up with some very valuable distinctions around the concept of Trust. The power behind his ideas, however, is at times derailed by lapses into psycho-babble, the result of which is a certain flabbiness to the overall effort.
It's a worthwhile read for leadership development professionals, but there are more inspiring books on the same topic that I recommend to my clients (e.g., Lance Secretan's "ONE: The Art and Practice of Conscious Leadership", which is backed up with extensive online resources at his web site.)”
