I really enjoyed this story, it was creepy though so don't read it just before lights out :)

this is a fantastic book. the medical references and background may get a bit heavy for those not used to it, but i would certainly recommend reading it again and again. the only downside to it that i could see personally is that the bad guy doesn't get punished in the end!!! i always love the bad guy getting punished...:)

Fairly good. But have read better medical thrillers. Some parts were really good,a bit realistic.I hope other Robin Cook books are better than this.

Coma is a story about a hospital. In that hospital when patients go in for minor surgery they don’t wake up and nobody knows why. A medical student by the name of Susan Wheeler is trying to get to the bottom of the mystery. I think Coma was banned or challenged because of the language in it. Also because hospitals are scared that if people read this then they might think that real hospitals are like this and that they shouldn’t go to the them otherwise this might happen to them. In the book I just like what the general story line is. I don’t like other aspects like the fact it is slow to get into the story and once it does it is confusing.

This was a pretty good story, but I never felt the need to read it a second time. It isn't particularly rich or complex.
