  • Belstarr: A lost toymaker living in the South Pole under the watchful eye of a giant, Drake Hausen. Belstarr must remember her past and find her way back to the North Pole, and find belief in Christmas.
  • Drake Hausen: Meet ‘Drake Hausen’ a ginormous beast Nicknamed ‘The Giant’ who loved to feast. To take-over Christmas was his plan. ‘Happy Hausen forget that Santa man’ ‘Ho ho ho must go go go’ ‘That red suit is a no no no’
  • Father Weisberg: Belstarr's Father, he blames himself for her being lost. Father Weisberg sat in his workshop alone. No toys made, no dolls sown. Ten years had passed with no work done. No more Christmas, no more fun.
  • Alvaro, Chiska & Duchy: Belstarr's brothers and sister. Alvaro, Duchy and Chiska travelled through the night. On the horizon a shadow came into their sight. Through the swirling snow she did appear. It was Belstarr, the lost sister so dear.
