This book is a must read for those truly interested in understanding national security issues. The author eye witnessed how little importance our countries security and military was to the Clinton's. The author spends little time on the scandals that plague the former Presidents time while in office other than to say that his mind is elsewhere and that he was not available during critical times when our defenses could have really worked.
