“I just loved this book and love the way Nancy Bush writes. Seems so many writers take over half a book so the reader will understand why whatever happens. Nancy Bush starts out with t he real story on page one and continues. This is one mystery that I did not solve so was quite surprised with the ending. Way to go Nancy!
Liv finds her Mother hanging from the kitchen ceiling on her 6th birthday. This causes mental and emotional problems all Liv's life. On her 25th birthday a lawyer delivers a package, from her Mother. Now she is convinced her Mother was murdered and didn't commit suicide as all tried to convince her.
I recommend this book for several reasons: it's a great read (it was on the night stand of our hotel room at the shore and I never put it down (well, a few times maybe), the element of surprise was refreshing, it's great to read what is happening all through the book instead of only the last half as the author uses the first half to explain the setting, and I could go on.
Great book, especially a summer read!”
