Defiance is one of my best read of 2012!
I mean, seriously! Bad-ass female character? Check. A hottie? Check. Family ties? Check. A dangerous creature? Check. Evil ruler? Check. And don't you even get me started on those awkward kissing scenes. Those are the best! ;)
The plots and story line are very well done. It definitely had consistency. This is a book that you can't predict. There are many times when I think the story's going to go that way but it TOTALLY went the other way.
I especially love this book because it has believeable characters. Rachel did come out as the strong, confident, and knows-how-to-take-care-of-herself kinda girl. Logan too, he's brave, confident but he's much well-organized than Rachel. There was character development throughout the book. One that makes the book much more interesting.
Defiance is a must-read. Someone who ignores this book are definitely missing out on something. An all-time favorite! Awkward kissing scenes FTW! ;)”
