“Very nice”

Read along as we see Sophie take charge and go after what her heart has always wanted. Will she win over Jake or will the Sullivan brothers step in?
Like the previous Sullivan books, this one takes love to a whole new level. I especially enjoyed this book. Doesn't every librarian wish for a bad boy?
All the Sullivan books stand alone, but I personally recommend reading them in order as the author does a wonderful job of setting up the next book with a new sibling. ”
“I wasn’t too sure about changing ways and reading about the Sullivan sisters, but I really did love reading about Sophie. I really connected with her over how she felt invisible and looked upon in a way that totally didn’t fit with the person she is on the inside.
4.5
I ONLY HAVE EYES FOR YOU, really felt like its own distinct plot than the other three. I for one love a pregnancy plot, so when Sophie turned up pregnant I loved watching her and Jake McCann work their way through making a relationship work.
The first Sullivan wedding takes place as Chase and Chloe say ‘I do’ and Sophie sheds her ‘nice’ appearance and goes after Jake. Her plan succeeds as she gets the night of her life, but wakes alone and later learns pregnant.
Avoiding the Sullivans comes crashing down on Jake when Sophie drops the bombshell on him. The powerful emotions that take over in him were swoon-worthy as nothing is going to keep him away from his woman anymore.
Yet, Sophie believes he only wants her now because of the pregnancy and Jake has one week to convince her to marry him. Their week is filled with hot sex, wonderful outings and their fair share of fighting.
Although probably my favorite behind THE LOOK OF LOVE, I did get really tired of Jake’s constant inner monologue about not being good enough for Sophie. His reading disability and crappy childhood really made me feel so bad for him. His shame is only intensified by his feelings for Sophie, who loves books as much as he hates them.
When his secret is discovered, thier biggest fight yet occurs and just as Jake is about to walk out, Sophie passes out. During a long and fearful wait in the waiting room,Jake now knows what he wants.
Finally these two have what it takes to make everything work out.
Now facing the family. I for one was surprised, once again, by the Sullivan brothers lack of support, although not quite as bad as they were with Marcus. Friends with Jake for decades, I would have thought they would have thought more of their friend when some of them are just as notorious as play boys.
Ending with their wedding, Zach and Lori make a bet on who will be the last Sullivan standing.”

This is the fourth book in the Sullivan series and it features Sophie one of the twin sisters of the Sullivan family and family friend Jake.
Sophie has been in love with Jake for years and when she decides she is finally going to make her move the passion flares! The problem is Jake who doesn't think he is good enough for her beause of his unpleasant past. When they need to resolve their issues the sparks really fly!
This book is full of romance, drama and great characters. I highly recommend.”

This is the first book that I have read of Ms. Andre’s; I was not disappointed and have found a new author. Although this book is well written and can obviously stand on its own, in my opinion, I am going to go out and get the first three in the series just to catch up on the rest of the family.
Sophie Sullivan, librarian, madly in love with Jake McCann since she was five has decided that she has waited long enough for him, deciding to stop being Ms. Nice Guy and go after what she wants. Sophie has always been one to hide in the shadows; reserved, quite not wanting to draw attention to her. After all she has a twin sister, Lori, who seemed to strive for the attention and six hunky brothers that were all successful, so yes it seemed easier to just melt into the woodwork.
To her a librarian was safe, she could read her books and find the fulfillment to her fantasies or so she thought. It was getting harder trying to keep herself away from her brother Zach’s best friend Jake and someone the others thought of as a brother.
Jake with a past has always noticed that Sophie was smart and beautiful but knew she was off limits to him because of his friendship to Zach. Besides who wanted not one but six massive brothers to beat the crap out of him even he were to hurt their sister and that is exactly what he knew he would do.
Sophie’s brother Chase is getting married and she is thrown together with Jake as they work on the wedding together making it hard to ignore the underlying feelings that have been suppressed for years between them. Sophie decides to take matters into her own hands. She decides a makeover is in order for Chase’s wedding. As she walks down the aisle Jake not only takes notice but you can almost see his mouth drop open, drool sliding down the side of it.
I loved this story about two very passionate people finding a love that was always there but neither had the strength to bring it to the forefront. I loved the strength and beauty in the quietness of Sophie and how once she gripped her inner strength she decided to take control and go after what she wanted.
This is such a well written book from cover to cover, with well-rounded characters that are very believable. You go through a gauntlet of emotions as you feel the anguish of Sophie, wanting to reach out and smack Jake telling him to grow-up.
Romance at its best a must read with sensual romance, sexy men, emotions and a loving family. I love, love, loved it! I am sitting her waiting for Zach’s story but until then I am going to go read the other three and catch up on the Sullivan family.
