“Awesome! Girls you gotta read this. When I finished the series I cried because I was so sad it was over.”Chiara wrote this review Monday, September 16, 2013. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No
“Oh. My. Goodness. This book was a "FABULOUS" (as Wolfgang would say) ending to an amazing series. I loved how the author finished the series with a bang and now I wish the series kept going...”Fiona F. : "People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do." wrote this review Thursday, July 11, 2013. “Well... I've read all of the books in this series, and this one, the sixth in the series, is the weakest. It wraps up the series, and although it has a good last chapter, there was too little Jane Eyre and too much mean girl genre for my taste.
And I was flabbergasted by the number of errors contained in the book. This is Simon & Schuster!
The main plotline regards the girls' jealousy, resentment, ostracizing and pranks played on a French girl who spends some time with Megan's family. One of the stronger plotlines involves Jess being accused of cheating by a substitute teacher and how that's resolved.”
“ For this review I read Wish You Were Eyre by Heather Vogal Frederick. I really enjoyed this book. I never got confused, and liked it very much. The author was very descriptive and wrote the book very well. The book was humorous, but at the same time, very serious. I really enjoyed this book.
The characters in the book were great. There were 5 main characters. Megan loves fashion. Becca likes cheer-leading. Jess likes singing. Emma likes writing. And Cassidy loves hockey. The characters were very fun and I felt like I was with them in real life.
The main events in the story were very exciting. Megan got to fly to Paris to design clothes. Becca got a job to help pay for her family. Jess got to compete in a competition for singing. Cassidy won a tournament. And Emma's boyfriend got accepted to a college. I loved this book!!!
“Sounds like this is the last of the series. I've read them all now and they're great middle schooler books. Just note for younger readers that the girls and the situations they find themselves in "grow up" fast. The series start when they are in 6th and it ends when they're in 11th.”Cindi H wrote this review Saturday, January 12, 2013. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No

“Along with this being my favorite series, this was an excellent finale of the series. I got to see all the characters growing up and really realize their paths in life and what their values are.”Whitney W wrote this review Tuesday, December 11, 2012.
