A few years have gone by and Lanisa is now eighteen and Lance is twenty-four. They are pretty used to living life in the urban city without a single positive influence to be there to assist them on how to become upstanding, trust-worthy adults. Sister and brother from Boston, Massachusetts who are both out of control in the worst possible ways. They just don't seem to grasp that what they put out into the universe, will come back ten fold. Lanisa is a young, horribly misguided mother of a toddler son living with a much older, no good man who is clearly taking advantage of her naiveness. He treats her like dirt and doesn't think twice about it. Her man constantly wanting something for nothing, draining the youth out of her as each day passes. Lanisa's way of coping with her screwed up life and loss of self-worth is to destroy her beauty with promiscuity, alcohol and dope continuously leaving her son at the drop of a hat. Lance can't see life without being a cold-hearted drug dealer. He thinks women are objects and shouldn't be trusted. It never crosses his mind that what happens in the dark, will eventually come to light. The first woman he ever loved taught him that life's a bitch and if you're lucky, then you die. They adopt a cut-throat, get them before they get you, callus mentality believing there is no such thing as consequences. Meanwhile, their mother is fighting to stay alive so she can one day be a part of their lives again.
