“I am not sure what I was expecting but this book had complicated and sometimes laborious interpersonal relationships between people. When I first began reading, I thought that it was going to be a story of 2 best friends and their loves, lives and children, which it was, but it felt like there wasn’t anything significant in those relationships, loves and lives. I enjoyed the book but something was left to be desired at the end.
