- Creed Young: 18 years old. 6'2" and 250lbs. Dark hair cropped military short, dark blue eyes. Metahuman assigned to kill Dr. Margo Winter and return the three "stolen assets" to Dr. Williams for continued experimentation.
- Gavil Young: 20 years old. 5'10" and 200lbs. Military short hair, crystal blue eyes. Metahuman with a serious evil streak.
- Dr. St. Paul "Paulie": 65 years old-ish. Biogenetic scientist, retired professor, avid surfer, friend to Margo and Theo.
- Rudolph Oldham (a.k.a. "The Commander"): Second in command at the German compound known as "The Facility."
- Dr. Kenneth Williams (a.k.a. "The Director"): Head of the military-like compound housing hundreds of metahumans in Germany. Evil scientist bent on creating the perfect race.
- June Williams: The secret Dr. Williams keeps in the basement of his research hospital at The Facility.
- Farrow Schone: 17 years old. 5'5" and 125lbs. Short dark pixie hair cut and large dark "doe" eyes. Expert sniper. Female metahuman sent to support Creed's objective to kill and retrieve.
