“Considering I haven't read any of Well's longer stories, I found the short stories not Si-Fi enough. Got bored midway and returned the book. Perhaps the fact that they were written about 100 years ago, and that Assimov is what I've known as Si-Fi all along, explains my bias.Would be obliged if someone could motivate me to finish the book by pointing out its plus points.”
