“Definitely a fun book. Eve has been a supporting character in the previous books, where we see her mainly as the uptight grouch who is constantly raining on everyone's parade. This one starts out with Eve chewing out Nolan because of his wardrobe malfunction. As the team PR person, Eve is the one who gets stuck dealing with problems like this and she really hates it. Nolan is listening to her but refuses to see it as a problem. All he can think about is how cute he thinks she is. I really liked both Nolan and Eve. Eve knows she is not the nicest person around, but she doesn't seem to be able to do anything about it. She constantly worries about everything and feels out of control if she doesn't have things planned down to the minute. She knows she is attracted to Nolan but has no intention of doing anything about it, until he talks her into going out with him. Then she discovers that his laid back attitude makes her feel better about herself. Nolan is an absolute sweetheart of a guy. I loved the way that he understands Eve from the very beginning. He can see that she doesn't know how to relax and let go of her stress and figures that he is the perfect guy to help her do that. He seems to know exactly how to get her to have fun. They had great conversations with her bluntness offset by his sheer delight in everything she said. I loved the way that he actually listened to what she said and treated her far better than even her own family did. Their date at the beer festival was fantastic and showed both of them at their best. I loved the thoughtful things he did for her that always seemed to surprise her - probably because nobody else treated her like that. Nolan was pretty consistent in his behavior throughout the book and I loved the way he was there for her. Eve drove me nuts sometimes with her constantly changing attitude toward Nolan. She had a hard time believing that he actually cared for her and that caused her to do some pretty stupid things, especially at the end. I was glad to see that she finally got her act together at the end. I wish there would be more in this series because I have really enjoyed it. ”

“Love the opposites attract plot. Sizzling h/h chemistry makes this a great addition to this humorous, sexy, fast-paced series.”

I liked how they honestly said what they feel and the hero's happy attitude was so adorable as he consistently pursued the heroine. Jackman Nolan asks PR rep Eve out when she is scolding him for not wearing underwear when his pants ripped while changing race car tire.

I have been waiting to read about Eve since i read the first book in the series and it was awesome to see Eve fall in love with Nolan ,she tends to get so stressed out with work and everything that she's not very happy and the fact that Nolan is the one person who can make her laugh was great too see.
There are times when you don't like Eve very much but for the most part you can understand why she say's some of things she say's.
Nolan is super awesome ,i loved everything about him ,he's super funny and really yummy, and i love the way he treats Eve ,he see's the real her that no one else can,it's great the way their relationship works out ,even through the hard times they still love each other so much.
It was such a fun read and i love this series so much , i can't wait to read more from Erin McCarthy ,she's a really great writer that makes characters that you love and a story that will keep you turning the page.”

There is something about fast cars, being around the racetrack and even a little bit of grease that I just find irresistible, and there is no better series to fulfill that need than the Fast Track series. With some light humor, romance, sexual tension and a good storyline, I usually find myself anxiously awaiting the next book. And JACKED UP did not disappoint!
Eve Monroe is the sister of some of our favorite drivers! She is also their manager and the one that keeps everyone in line. So when she is faced with the PR nightmare of having one of Chase's crew members jump the wall, rip his pants, and while changing a tire have his ass and family jewels showing on national television because he didn't wear any underwear... well, there's not much she can do other than do some yelling.
She is tough and everyone sees her as a bit of a bitch, but in the end this is really not what she wanted to do or who she wanted to be.
Enter Nolan Ford. OMG he is adorable, ass hanging in the wind and all!!!! He is just a small town boy, you can tell he comes from a loving family, and truly loves his job. And he has a crush on Eve. Nothing, not their financial differences, or the fact that they technically work together, will keep him from getting to know her better.
I really liked the fact that Eve doesn't end up with a driver. Nolan is perfect for her. Even though she comes from racing royalty and grew up differently than him, he is willing to give her the best that he can and truly wants to make her happy. When he helped her fix her car, or the whole Vegas thing. Just adorable!
One thing I love about this series is that the stories are nothing alike. Each is very unique, the issues they have to go through and their journey to their HEA, and this couple was certainly not the exception.
I see a lot of potential for new characters in this series developing from the Ford family (or would that be a spin-off?), could that be possible? I can't wait to see who's next! Because there is another one, right? Right?
