I'm not much of a reader of books on politics, but Al Franken makes me laugh, and he's usually right.

I enjoyed previous Franken books but this one was just heavy handed and obvious. Not very funny and only marginally truthful.

Eye opening. Not much I didn't know, but some details that shocked me. Al Franken has a great way of adding humor to an otherwise very serious topic.

I didn't think this was as good as "…Fat Idiot" or "Lies". I found that Mr. Frankin's anger and diatribe was beginning to outweigh his humor. Nonetheless it was still a fun read for left-leaning readers.

I loved it because it dispelled and revealed basically the truth of what led to the 2nd election of George Bush and some dark aspects of has happened in Iraq when the U.S. invaded it. It also had a few jokes thrown in there that were so-so and the book overall is weak on funny but it's was still interesting.

I love Al Franken (soon to be the senator from Minnesota!). He knows the issues and know how to tell the facts with alot of humour, so it really is the truth with jokes. I still miss him on the radio but I look forward to him in the Senate.

Heavy on politics, very light on actual humor. Franken relies almost entirely on irony to make his point. Not his best effort.

Thoroughly researched and fact-checked and written in Al Franken's trademark comedic style, Franken presents a humorous, in-depth look at recent events and makes the happenings on Capitol Hill clear even to newcomers to the political scene. Highly recommended.
