“I'm only 15% in to this book right now, but as of now, Christian and Ana are married. Ana's former boss, Jack, is currently trying to sabotage and obliterate Christian. ”Jenna Venneri wrote this review Thursday, April 26, 2012. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No
Fitting end to a decent (pardon the irony) series. Christian and Ana have the HEA they've always wanted. Writing could have been better. Scenes would abruptly and another would unexpectedly begin right after it. Sometimes there was no transition between paragraphs. Lots of the dialogue between Christian and Ana were repetitive and it almost followed a template. I love you, I love you, too. You're mine Mrs. Grey. You're mine, Mr. Grey. Ah! Eat, Ana. You can find these exact words used so many times that they became fillers. I found myself glossing through paragraphs, especially the make out and sex scenes...which were at every corner that I became numb to them.
The second half of the book was better because there was more tension between the two especially with the involvement of Jack and the shock of Ana's pregnancy. Now those were tension filled and that's what I would rather read versus all the lovey dovey sex scenes and the BDSM.
The ending was blasé...they lived HEA with 2 children and a big house. Typical, but it was the couples journey that mattered in this series...Christian leaving his oats behind...especially "bitch troll" Mrs. Robinson and Ana gaining more of an independence. They even learned to compromise in the bedroom. Compromise and trust are qualities that were dominant in the end. ”
“I liked the multiple layers of closure this book had. There was an epilogue (that seemed to go on forever, but in a good way) plus a little bonus section of parts of Christian's life in his first person narrative. That agreed with me. (but only because I think books end too quickly....really it was too much).”Caitlin Curry wrote this review Wednesday, October 31, 2012. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No

“This third and final installment in Ana and Christian's story was my favorite. Secrets are exposed, questions are answered and love (once again) is the most powerful motivator in the world. This series had me laughing out loud and crying. I loved most of the characters and cared about what happened to them. Anyone who loves romance, should not hesitate to read this series. Underneath all the erotica, there are two people deeply in love with each other and how special is that! ”Marianne wrote this review Tuesday, April 24, 2012.
