  • Mr. Albert Higgins: Horatio was a lonely and an only child. Having no friends he decided to create his own. Years later, as an adult, one of those "friends" remained with him. Unfortunately, he wasn't the nicest imaginary friend you could wish for. Ultimately, despite his actions, Horatio icould be considered a tragic character.
  • Nore: Nore is sweet and trusting - too trusting. Her kind nature and low self-image contribute to her eventual problems later in the story.
  • Vera: A woman of more mature years who still lives life as if it were one big party. She also makes her living in a way that Horatio is initially unaware of.
  • Miss Kapoor: A social worker who is overworked and underpaid in a profession that is all too often undervalued in society.
  • Ms. Kapoor: Add a description of this character.
