I can not believe this STUPID book got some award!! All they did was jumble up the regular fairy tales and mixed them and mashed them together. I would never read that to a young child. I am actually insulted I read it.I feel like it just lowered my I.Q. by 20 points. This book sucks don't read...

I would use this book to have students compare and contrast the real fairytales with the fractured fairytales the book presents. I would also have students take a well known fairy tale and create a fractured fairytale of their own. Students could rewrite the fairy tale from another point of view, change aspects of the story, etc.

This was one of my favorite childhood books. I really need to buy a copy to keep on my bookshelf. I remember it being fun, whimsical, silly, and completely different from all of the other childrens books I read!

The stinky cheese man is a spin on various classic fairytales. My students will create their own story or make their own ending to a classic fairy tale of their choice. Students can alter the characters, story ending, setting, or place. The can create a book adaption based upon their chosen fairy tale.

With this story the stinky cheese man interrupts the lives of the characters by putting a spin on the classic gingerbread man tale. Allow students to create their own story or make their own ending to a classic fairy tale of their choice. Once they choose their favorite tale, they can decide how they want to alter the ending or change the story in its entirety.

Hilarious fractured fairy tales for kids. This book was awesome when I was young and remains so today.
