Learning about Gandhi is awesome, but I recommend reading a biography, NOT an autobiography.

I heard this shows what Gandhi is and how Gandhi lived with his al time companion truth .This shows many facets of gandhi. I am looking forward to read this book. I think i can read it in coming days. I hope i can find one.

This is Ghandi's story of his life and the things that had an influence on him. Each of the chapters are short 2-5 pages. The book focuses mainly on the parts of his life where he wasn't in the public eye as much. It also is what it says it is, about his experiments with what he called truth. It is an interesting read, but takes awhile to get through. However, if you are looking for a history of what he did in India, this skips over much of what he did later in his life.
