Every event that ever happened in the US can be attributed to the greed of the American aristocracy that has controlled the government since the days of Washington and Jefferson. Not that there isn't a lot of truth to that statement, but even Zinn himself admits it's an extremist view. However, given the whitewashed take on our history that we got in school it's probably a book everybody should read.”
