• Hope: The new girl. She doesn't quite fit into the scenery. She's down to earth and definitely not rich. She's the mother to her alcoholic father and she's struggling to find her niche in a world where you're either in, or you're out.
• Slade Andrews: He's a hardcore rock guy with his own band. He's covered in tattoos and he really doesn't care what people think of him. He lives life and marches to his own tune. The whole town despises him for an event that happened years ago and still has people talking. Now he has set his sights on Hope.
