• Annabeth, Leo, Jason, and Piper make it to the Roman camp Camp Jupiter. Percy and Annabeth are reunited for the first time in months. Things were going pretty well with the Romans and Greeks until Leo blows up the Roman camp. The Romans try to seize Annabeth and herbut they make it out safely thanks to Frank's shape-shifting abilities. Well, everyone except Jason who was knocked out by a brick. Later they figure out evil spirits had possesed Leo forcing him to do so.blow Camp Jupiter sky high. Soon the seven half-bloods are on their way to Rome to save Nico, Hazel's brother, and to prevent the city from being destroyed. Annabeth goes after the Mark of Athena as she promised her mother. But it comes with a terrible price. At the end of the book we read as Annabeth and Percy tumble into tartarus. Nico prmised Percy he would lead the others to the Doors of Death where Percy and Annabeth would meet them on the other side. Meanwhile the Romans begin to plot to attack and destroy Camp Half-blood.
