“In the edition I have, there is a discussion about how they split the workload. I don't have it in front of me, but I know that each wrote different sections of the book (after discussing them). I don't remember who did what, but I'm pretty sure one wrote the sections dealing with the demon/angel pair, and one wrote about the kids, etc.”
