This novel was The Matrix before the idea became ubiquitous on the big screen. Gibson has a way of making the future both slick and beautiful, while keeping it dirty, pock marked, and DANGEROUS. I wouldn’t mind hanging out at Cognizant Dissidents for a while, either. A fun read.
