• Healer: A rare type of Soulkeeper with the power to heal people and situations, as well as tell right from wrong, no matter what also some times they can take life
• Helper: A Soulkeeper who specializes in equipping the Horseman for their work
• Horseman: A Soulkeeper warrior
• Influenced: When a person is under the spell of a Watcher
• Red Stone: An enchanted gem given to another Soulkeeper by a Healer when a Horseman or Helper needs guidance over an extended time period while away from the Healer
• Soulkeeper: A person with a recessive genetic abnormality that gives them the power to fight Watchers. Each Soulkeeper has a gift that is triggered by a stressful event
• Soulkeeper's Staff: A branch of the tree that grew out of Oswald Silva's buried corpse that can be used by a Soulkeeper for transporting from one place to another
• Watcher: Fallen angel, demon. angels who defected with Lucifer from God's grace with the skin and eyes of a snake, wings of a bat, skilled in illusion and sorcery, gaining strength through the eating of human flesh
