This book is actually really inspiring. It helps you to realize how you are living your life. I like how the author uses real people's stories to get her point across. It is also one of those books that you don't necessarily have to read from front to back, and can go back to certain parts if you need to.

A friend gave me his copy when when I was depressed I read it and then when I was feeling better I read it again. I like her style of how to help people help themselves most self help books I have have teeth marks in them from where I bit them before throwing them across the room

I am just over half way through and I'm really loving this book! I started off not doing the exercises as I rarely do exercises from books, but the other tells you not to make yourself feel guilty and just to come back to them sometime.

I love the affirmations and the plan for positive thinking. She explains everything really clearly, such as everytime we do something which takes us outside our comfort zone, our comfort zone increases.
