This is a classic fallen under the radar. Believe it! This is a history book, not just a nutrtional directive. Even if you don't care about the health implications, it is an important read to understand politics, history and culture.

I guess I didn't believe this book, because I still drink a coke with my hamburger--the book says that the sugar in the Coke will ferment the hamburger in your stomach. Don't believe it!
