The Magdelene stories were pretty good although the author is close to having the "Superman" problem. (Once you've made a character so powerful that nothing can harm them, where's the drama?) But the last story in that set really is the highlight and makes the collection a lot better. There are a few less Terazin stories and that's just fine. The stories were OK but not that enjoyable or memorable.
