Since I loved the Execution book, I was very hopeful about this next book, but so far I've been rather disappointed in it. The basic concepts are okay, but there's not much real discussion about what's behind them, theoretically, and the illustrative examples are kind of like, "look at what my good friends did lately". Having more detailed insight into some of the companies/leaders he describes, I know better.
