  • Ka: It signifies life force, consciousness, duty, and destiny. The closest terms in our language is probably fate and destiny, but it also implies karma. We are servants of ka and ka is a wheel that turns, and in the end it always returns to the place it began.
  • Ka-tet: Ka refers to destiny; tet refers to a group of people with the same interests or goals. It literally means "one made from many."
  • Sai: It is a term of respect and can be roughly translated as "sir" or "madam."
  • Thankee Sai: A polite term for "thank you."
  • Trig: Clever/ smart
  • Wheel: Measurement of distance. 1 mile = 0.8 wheels
  • Dinh: Leader of a tet
