It seemed a bit too short for all of the action that was going on in the book. I felt unsatisfied when I finished for that reason. “I liked this book. This is a very entertaining series, and the characters are well developed. My favorite part of this third book was seeing Mr. D actually do something nice, and getting to see the heros' interactions with their parents on Mt. Olympus. ”

“This is the third book in the Percy Jackson series, and if you like the first two, you'll enjoy this one as well. In this installment, Annabeth disappears and it's up to Percy, Thalia, and a few heroes they pick up along the way to find out where she is and if she's still alive. I liked the characters that were introduced in this book, and I'm definitely ready to read on.”

“quite dull and morbid. its a very dark book compared to the ones before it. the only thing that kept me reading was that i was intrigued by the mythology.”
