Really helped me understand the miracle of what was accomplished on that day in Normandy.”

He tells a story in a way that you believe it could be your Uncle or even yourself engaged in the events. The situations are alive and your heart hurts just thinking that one person went through such frightening engagements. ”

The book may be a little too specific for those who are not fans of military history. Gave me a whole new perspective on the importance of D-Day. ”
