  • Amber Hopkins: The 18-year-old firstborn daughter of Saraqael, Amber looks almost identical to her two sisters outside of her gold eyes. She is very fit and strong, participates in track, and has a black belt in karate. At her core, she’s loyal, honest, cynical, sarcastic, and not at all trusting of others.
  • Gabriel Reid: Amber’s best friend for more than six years, Gabriel is smart, charming, handsome, easy-natured and patient. He’s a natural leader who does well at everything he puts his mind to…except effectively conveying his true feelings to Amber.
  • Olivia Murdoch: The second-born daughter of Saraqael, 18-year-old Olivia possesses a true love of learning, animals and nature. Outside of her light green eyes and having a less athletic build, she is identical to Amber and Skye. With her level-headedness and open mind, she is the perfect balance between her more polarized sisters.
  • Skye Tomaganuk: An 18-year-old free spirit, Skye is the third-born daughter of Saraqael. Differentiated from her sisters by her light blue eyes, she sees the world for all its infinite possibilities (and even some of the impossibilities). She’s a dancer and a romantic who can be too naïve for her own good.
  • James: As Olivia’s Gloresti, the attractive and dedicated James takes his roles of teacher and protector very seriously. Because he’s a full Estilorian, he doesn’t initially understand human emotions.
  • Caleb: It’s quite the challenge for this stoic and rule-abiding Gloresti to protect Skye, the being for whom he is responsible. Tall, muscular and undeniably hot, he’s perplexed by the effervescent Skye.
