• Alex Bailey: She is a pretty girl with bright blue eyes and strawberry-blonde hair that is always kept neatly out of her face with a headband.
• Conner Bailey: Like his sister, he has bright blue eyes and strawberry-blonde hair. His face is round and freckled.
• Cinderella: Her hair is auburn and her eyes and smile are the brightest things in the room. She is also a very sweet and kind person.
• Snow White: Her stepmother was the evil queen who tried to kill her with a poisoned apple. She was awakened by Prince Charming.
• Little Red Riding Hood: The little girl who had an encounter with the Big Bad Wolf while visiting her grandmother. She is now the Queen of the Red Riding Hood Kingdom.
• Sleeping Beauty: She went to sleep for 100 years after pricking her fingers on a needle on a spindle and was awakened by Prince Charming. She is now the current queen of the Sleeping Kingdom.
• King Chance Charming: He's the definition of dashing and as every bit as handsome as any description ever written about him.
• Froggy: A very nice frog man who helped Connor and Alex when they first came to the Land of the Stories.
• Ms. Bailey: The mom of the main characters
• Grandma Bailey: Alex's and Connor's grandmother. She gave them the book Land of the Stories which set the whole book into motion.
• Goldilock: She is a highly skilled swordswoman and is a wanted woman because of her crimes against the three bears. She is in love with Jack who climbed the beanstalk.
• Evil Queen: Snow White's stepmother. She was imprisoned, but escaped fairly early in the book.
• Sir Lampton: One of Queen Cinderella's guards.
• Smithers: A delivery man who helps the children travel to Cinderella's castle.
• The Huntress: The Huntsman's daughter.
