“
Loved it! Took a little while for it to develop, but the author wrote this book in a way
that I had never seen before! From "death's" perspective. ”
“I found this to be an intense book.
”
“Moving and amazing for such a young author.”

I know I missed alot of the symbolism, etc. Can't wait to discuss it. The Book Thief should be read in the classroom. High schoolers would love it.”

The narrative style was really interesting and different and the characters totally grabbed me. Super sad of course, but really moving too. Death as a compassionate, omniscient narrator was really cool. Great read!”
