“My son Jared recommended this book and I really enjoyed it. Jared tends to be a bit more cerebral than I when it comes to the books that he reads. But he knows how much I enjoy the genre of historical fiction and this books definitely fits the bill.
The book is about a young girl name being raised by foster parents in Nazi Germany during the second world war. What makes it even more interesting is that the book is narrated by Death - who was a very busy guy during the war years.
I highly recommend this book. You will laugh and cry.”
