“I'm sure this would be a great book for beginners - those intimidated by longer recipes, more ingredients, more complex flavors. For me it was a little run of the mill, though there certainly are a LOT of recipes in this book. There were many recipes I wouldn't really consider casseroles - things you saute up and place together in a casserole dish, top with cheese and then broil for 5 min really doesn't make a casserole, in my book. :)”
