  • Aervyn Edric Walker: A 4 year old kid during this story. He's the strongest witch in a century. He teleported his 8 year old sister, Ginia, out of the shower into the back yard. His mother is Nell and his uncle is Jamie. He wears hearing aids.
  • Aurelia: An elemental air witch, on of 3 in the air trio, joined by her husband and Jamie in the circle
  • Beth: She is the fire witch and coven leader.
  • Caro: A mind witch. Doesn't talk much but is steady in a circle.
  • Daniel: Nell's husband.
  • Elorie: Moira's granddaughter.
  • Ginia: Sister to Aervyn. She is one of the triplets consisting of Ginia, Shay and Mia.
  • Govin: A elemental fire witch. Third in the fire trio of the circle.
  • Jacob: Son of Tabitha
  • Uncle Jamie: A trained witch. He's elemental witch who has a bit of every element but mostly air. Has a thing for Nat. In the circle he led the air trio along with Aurelia and Scott.
  • Aunt Jennie: Her full name is Jenvieve Whitney Adams. She is known as "Aunt Jennie" to Jamie and Nell, she is the best trainer and the most powerful mind witch in the family. A photographer known as J.W. Adams, her work is being shown by the art institute as her photographs are life altering and every single one makes people "feel".  Jennie teaches Lauren to control her magic. Jennie is good with air and fire.
  • Kate Greenley: Kate Greenley and her husband bought a brownstone from Lauren.
  • Lauren: A realtor. She usually can feel other people's feelings and her intuition makes her one of the elite realtors of Chicago.
  • Lieriel: An empath and part of Beth's coven at the Witchery in Chicago.
  • Mother: Aervyn and Ginia call their mother by the term "mama".
  • Mia: She is one of the triplets consisting of Ginia, Shay and Mia.
  • Michael: Retha & Michael are the parents of Jamie and Nells.
  • Mike: Mike is an elemental witch and was a point for earth in the circle. He’s a strong healer. He and Sophie started a relationship as a result of being in the circle.
  • Mitch Greenley: Add a description of this character.
  • Aunt Moira: An Irish witch living in Nova Scotia. She's an old witch who's really attached to Nell's family. Moira and Nell and others in the cast regularly chat online. She is the witch historian.

  • Auntie Nat: Lauren's best friend. She's a yoga teacher with a peaceful mind. Has a thing for Jamie. Her full name is Natalia Elizabeth Eggerton Smythe. She comes from wealth, class, and impeccable breeding.
  • Nathan: Nells' oldest son, age 13. The oldest, he was a skilled and powerful witch. He was well mentored by proud aunts, uncles, and grandparents. He is good with water elementals.
  • Nell: Jamie's sister. Aervyn and Ginia's mother. Nell has five kids, two of them witchlings, and one of them the strongest witch in a century or more: Aervyn. Nell has triplet younger brothers. One of them is Jamie.
  • Retha: Retha & Michael are the parents of Jamie and Nells.
  • Shay: She is one of the triplets consisting of Ginia, Shay and Mia. Shay is the leader of the three.
  • Scott: An elemental air witch, on of 3 in the air trio, joined by his wife and Jamie in the circle
  • Sophie Delaney: An earth witch. Owns an online store specializing in crystals and lotions.
  • Tabitha: Affectionately known as Tabby, she is the mother of Jacob. Her elemental magic is practically non-existent for anything but fire. As far as earth power goes, she struggles with getting a flower to bloom.
